South Asian Therapists
-
This wonderful site is where I complete my monthly mental health workbooks. Each month, you receive a workbook via email discussing different topics (e.g. Emotional boundaries, attachment styles, intergenerational ties). It has opened up my eyes to SO much I didn't know about myself before- like why I may have certain values and/or ways of thinking. HIGHLY recommend investing in this!
You can even find a South Asian therapist through this site :)
Asian Mental Health Project
-
Organization that serves to help Asian American communities to increase their knowledge regarding mental health. They help to provide resources and support accessible to all.
Inclusive Therapists
-
Organization created by mental health professionals centering the needs of Black, Indigenous, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community to access culturally responsive care.
Psychology Today
-
Great resource to find a counselor in your hometown and accepts your insurance!
